I was pleased with new-fashioned and compact room, which was complete with a private bathroom and a simple design, for example. The location was particularly good and unbeatable for walking around Municipal Historical Museum.

I stayed at Hotel Big Sur for a solo trip and it felt nice, safe, and friendly. The heating was great and adjustable, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. The daily cleaning service was good, and the breakfast had a good assortment of fruits, pastries, bread, cheese. The staff, especially Leo, were amazing. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has good-sized rooms. They also stored our bags while we did the Torres del Paine trek.
Totally recommend this hotel.
